Sweets from my Sweets
Page has a wealth of experience working with women’s groups and challenges that are unique to women. She gives loving support and provides strategies for self-reflection, as well as perception and behavioral changes that will help you to move forward in what you are pursuing. I went into coaching thinking I was going to achieve all these grandiose goals and become a super human, but I’ve realized now that what needed to be discovered was different from what I expected, but huge in terms of my self-esteem and self-acceptance.

I can look back to where I was 3 months ago just before I started working with Page compared to where I am now and the difference is astounding. I am much more confident in myself, I have grown tremendously as a person and I am just much happier than I was before. She has not only given me the tools I need to continue to grow personally, but also the support to continue to utilize them. I will never be able to thank her enough for empowering me to change my life.

Page is really down to earth, positive, highly professional yet fun at the same time. She has the ability to switch easily between being a “cheerleader” to being “tough” (in a good way!) I learned how to say “no”, to trust my gut, to leave my job where I was unhappy. And to stop saying sorry all the time!! Oh, and my favourite: it’s either a “hell no” or a “hell yes” in life and my gut will tell me which

Page provided clarity at the beginning of our time together to establish purpose, intent, to identify what worked and next steps. Each session allowed a step towards my milestones. She showed me how to congratulate myself through observation, expression – and silence. I am able to be more loving and gentle with myself and able to reach for the stars whilst being in my truth.

Page helped me grieve the death of my father while I was also navigating tremendous professional stress. She gave me the space and encouragement I needed as well as reminding me of my own resourcefulness. I felt seen, heard, empowered and honored. Page’s warm, positive, non-judgmental way of being allowed me to do the work I needed to do with grace and tenacity.

Working with Page is a joy. Her approach is authentic, honouring, and an absolute treat. Page provided a space for feelings and exploring what I needed and how to proceed that was authentic to me. Working with Page has been inspirational both through her check ins, her creative questioning, and supportive approach. I feel very safe working with her. She gives me excellent tools and reflections for how to ground myself now, as well as down the road.
